Please note that all bookings with Iceland Travel Tours are non-refundable.  All prices include VAT and taxes. All parking fees and road tolls are included in the vehicle price. All admissions are excluded unless it’s specifically mentioned in the product description.

While payments are traditionally made directly to our drivers, we also offer the option of online transactions for your ease of mind. Simply reach out to us, and we'll swiftly provide you with a secure payment gateway link, ensuring a seamless booking experience from start to finish.

In the rare instance of tour cancellation, particularly due to unpredictable weather conditions or misinformation, please be aware that we maintain the right to exercise such discretion. This measure is taken with your safety and satisfaction in mind, ensuring that your journey with us is not only memorable but also conducted with the utmost care and consideration.

Change in reservation and cancellations

If you wish to change your reservation we kindly ask that you give us advance notice, we are very flexible and will help with any alterations or changes you would like to make. The sooner you contact us the better. Cancellations must be made by email ( icelandtraveltours@icelandtraveltours.com )
